(64801) – The flags are in place. Tonight at 7:00 meet at Joplin Memorial Hall where the 161 flags line South Joplin Ave, going South. The US BANK Walk of Silence is in memory of the 161 people who lost their lives during the EF5 tornado on May 22, 2011 in Joplin.
