GARBAGE TRUCK BURNS - TIPSTER VIDEO • Official information from Joplin Fire Department regarding blaze • Actual Radio Communication does not match video footage in real time, edited regarding availability & length (64801) -- Video is from our tipsters who said they saw black smoke from Duquesne Road and when they arrived closer to Morgan Lane, the Republic Trash truck was fully engulfed in flames. VIDEO OF THE FIRE- - - Official information from the Joplin Fire Department: On Monday, June 18, 2018 at 1243, Engine 3C responded to 212 Morgan Ct., in Joplin for a reported commercial vehicle fire. On arrival personnel found a well involved trash hauler and requested additional resources. Ladder 1C and Battalion 1C responded and assisted in extinguishment of the fire. There were no injuries to civilians or firefighters.
